Upgrades and Incoming Technical Support for Ideal POS (Per Station). Technical support contract includes 20 incoming telephone calls (you call us) or a maximum of 240 minutes (whichever comes first).
Some support incidents not related to our software may be subject to further charges not covered by standard support - we will inform you if this is the case beforehand.
Remote Direct Support will only be provided to customers with a fully operational ADSL connection to all their stations running Ideal POS using Windows XP- Pro or later.
